Présentation

A “citizen of the world”, with a passion for developing people and global business, Claire Lecoq provides consulting and coaching services to international executives and organisations. Claire spent half of her 20 years’ career as Marketing/Sales Executive within multinational corporations (Boehringer, Tupperware, Mattel) and the other half as a Consultant and Department Head in the recruiting and education sectors (Korn & Ferry, INSEAD and HEC). Passionate about cultural diversity, she leaved and worked in 5 countries, travelled extensively in more than 70, managed teams in Asia and Europe and reported to Turkish, Korean, Spanish, American, German and British bosses... She holds a business degree from EPSCI/group ESSEC in France and an MBA from IMD Lausanne Switzerland and operates in English, French and German. On a personal note, her long lasting love for Asia and particularly South East Asian cultures and people, lead her to co-found a small NGO supporting Cambodian children in life-threatening situations. Having recently formalized many years of practise through the well-recognized Coaching education from CTI (Coaching Training Institute) and the membership of the ICF (International Coaching Federation), Claire is now using her well rounded experience to help multi-cultural organisations and individuals develop and enhance performance for mutual benefit.
